SHIPPING INFORMATION
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
At this time, Kollections by Ken’Lan does not offer local pickup.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after your order is placed.
Once shipped, delivery estimates are:
- Economy Shipping: 6–7 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or high order volume.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
- Economy Shipping — 6–7 Business Days — $8.50
- Standard Shipping — 3–5 Business Days — $9.95
- Express Shipping — 2–3 Business Days — $13.95
- Overnight Shipping — Next Business Day — $47.95
Free shipping is available on orders over $200.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
No. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed as processing begins immediately.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
At this time, all sales are final. Kollections by Ken’Lan does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

- Kustom Apparel
No exceptions.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
SHIPPING ISSUES
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Kollections by Ken’Lan is not responsible for packages marked as DELIVERED by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.
We recommend selecting Signature Confirmation at checkout for added security.
Refunds or replacements are only issued for packages confirmed lost during transit by the carrier.
