At this time, all sales are final.

Kollections by Ken'Lan does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all order details, sizing, shipping information, and item selections are correct before completing your purchase.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Kollections by Ken'Lan carefully inspects all merchandise prior to shipment.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Claims submitted after 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not qualify for review.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipment.

For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after they have been placed.

Kollections by Ken'Lan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as DELIVERED by the shipping carrier.

If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, please file a claim directly with USPS or the shipping carrier used for your order.

We highly recommend selecting Signature Confirmation at checkout if you have concerns regarding package security.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered for packages confirmed lost during transit by the shipping carrier.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or high order volume.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
